1、 Working principle and characteristics of waterfall:

Different from ink-jet printers, thermal printing uses ribbon, does not use ink, and only longitudinal movement, no horizontal nozzle movement, so the printing speed is particularly fast. Because the solvent ink used in the inkjet photo machine is not used, it has no gas emission and is an environmental protection equipment in the printer.

The thermal print head is different from the micro voltage of the inkjet nozzle, and has no service life. As long as it is used normally, it will not be damaged, and its service life is very long.

The special ribbon used by the waterfall is made of special materials and processes. It can ensure outdoor ultraviolet radiation and will not fade for more than two years.

2、 What is visual dot printing:

Visual dot printing is the most advanced printing method widely used in the printing field. Color collocation and visual effect are displayed through the size and distance of color landing points.

Feibao printer, after careful research by domestic and foreign experts, combined with the normal observation perspective of the human body on print advertising, was born.

The viewing distance from the human perspective to the print advertisement is normally the length distance of the diagonal of the picture. Feibao visual dot printing is designed strictly according to this standard. When viewed from 0.81 meters away, the accuracy can reach 600-3000dpi, with 2D effect. It is the most advanced printing scheme at this stage with the strongest expression of print advertising output.

3、 Why does the waterfall photo machine print light colors (color value is less than 20%) (low gray) with discoloration

Light color less than 20% of the color expression, because the printing dot spacing is relatively large to show the sense of hierarchy. Maybe the light color thermal print head can't make the ribbon color fall off instantly due to its fast printing speed, which will cause discoloration.

4、 Why can waterfall printing not be covered with film:

The ribbon used by Feibao printer contains waterproof materials (Paraffin +pvc), which has waterproof function. However, if it is used for scraping, it is recommended to use film coating (it is recommended to use yellow paper film or crystal film with better adhesive property).

5、 Why is Feibao only suitable for mass production

Waterfall printing is different from inkjet photo machine. Full page printing is required in the printing process, and cannot be paused in the middle. Moreover, the waterfall operation is more cumbersome than the photo machine. Therefore, it is not suitable for the printing of small area pictures and the output printing of scattered pictures.

In terms of production cost, only batch and full page lists will cost less to print with Feibao.

6、 Application cost calculation of Feibao printer:

7、 Why does Feibao photo machine use layered printing method to print small characters:

Visual dot printing, the pattern is composed of dots. When the small text strokes are smaller than or close to the dot size, the font strokes will appear jagged, which will affect the close viewing. The layered printing scheme is to print the font in pure color alone, with smaller dots and higher close-up definition (but the color has no sense of hierarchy).
